MICK KEEN won Saturday’s Dark Lane AC match on the River Arrow at Alcester where a catch of 7lb 4oz was enough to top an 11-strong field.
Runner-up was Pete Lewis with 6lb 10oz, third was Dave Gibbs with 4lb 14oz, fourth Keith Jones (4lb 13oz), fifth Glyn Blewett (4lb 9oz) and sixth Barry Blewett (4lb 8oz).
JOHN RUSHWORTH (5lb 6oz) was the victor in Sunday’s Needles AC contest which also featured 11 anglers on the River Alne at Great Alne.
Glyn Blewett (4lb 2oz) was second, Barry Blewett (2lb 9oz) third, Andy Farmer (2lb) fourth, Ali Morgan (1lb 15oz) fifth and Chris Cole (1lb 7oz) sixth.
