ST BEDE’S Catholic Middle School’s year seven and eight girls’ team produced dominant performances to be crowned Redditch district basketball champions.
The Holloway Lane school’s KS3 girls’ dedicated training paid dividends as they played to a high level, beating Ridgeway in the first game, Woodfield in the second and Birchensale in their final match having been down at half time.
The St Bede’s squad featured Julia, Kinga, Phoebe, Maja, Sophie, Maud, Mia, Eva and Aoibhe.
