FECKENHAM have welcomed former Worcester City, Evesham United and Stourport Swifts player Gary Walker to their ranks.
The 30-year-old midfielder has concentrated on Sunday football in recent seasons but his circumstances have changed and he has been able to sign for Millers boss Aaron Blackwood.
Walker started out in the Conference North with Worcester and then had successful spells at Malvern Town and Evesham before captaining Stourport under Rod Brown.
“Gary will bring some very much needed experience and leadership to a very young but talented Feckenham squad,” said Blackwood.
Walker will be a key part of the squad preparing for the Midland League Division Two campaign, which starts on August 18.
The Millers have already secured the signings of former FC Stratford hot-shot James Gifford and youngster Brad Hands, who can play in midfield or wide, from Inkberrow.
Also signing are Haden Smith, George Harris, Ben Welsh, Matt Green, Josh Goddard, Nick Briggs, Ryan Faulkner, Joe Nokes, Ben Ellicott, George Tolley, Danny Murphy, Lewis Loveridge, Young Player of The Season Daniel Sutton, Jordan Hartley, Brad Hands, Ryan Edwards, Maxwell Tibbins, and club captain Daniel Williams.
Feckenham end their pre-season build-up tomorrow (Friday) when they travel to Worcester Raiders (7.15pm).
