REDDITCH United have announced a new five-year stadium naming rights deal which will see the club’s home ground revert back to its original Valley Stadium name.

The Reds have signed a deal with IMPACT Performance that will see their home ground renamed the The Valley Stadium (powered by IMPACT Performance).

IMPACT chose the name in a nod to United’s heritage and will be Redditch’s front of shirt sponsor on the club’s away strip next season.

Reds chairman, David Faulkner, said: “It’s been a pleasure working with Hardeep [Rai] and his support has been invaluable over the last 12 months.

“This massive step is one I’m extremely proud of, we’re excited to take this partnership to the next level.”

IMPACT’s Hardeep Rai added: “We recognised that Redditch United’s stadium name is one that is held dear by the Reds faithful across the town and far beyond.

“Whilst we are keen to promote our business, we’re equally keen to show our support for the club and we hope that this goes a long way to continuing to build the fantastic relationship both parties have worked towards over the last 12 months.

“We’re excited to see what the future brings here at The Valley and are proud that our name will be intrinsically linked to a stadium steeped in history.”
