REDDITCH Entaco Cricket Club are holding a junior registration evening on Friday, April 15 at their Bromsgrove Road home.
Registration for the 2016 season takes place from 5.45pm and, weather permitting, the first junior session will begin at 6pm.
The Kingfishers are looking for the next generation of junior cricketers to take the club forward under the guidance of head coach Richard Hadley. Redditch have pre-season friendlies coming up against Droitwich and Astwood Bank as they prepare for their Worcestershire League Division Two campaign under the captaincy of Greg Chinn, who has appointed Waqas Ali and Russell Southwick as his vice-captains.
They have been boosted by the arrival of 21-year-old South African Cody Poole from Cape Town, although former captains Perry Derrick and Luke Davis have moved to Stratford and Studley respectively.
Geoff Eley will captain the 2nds, Ben Hicklin the 3rds and Dean Ottley the 4ths.
