REDDITCH Lifesavers’ junior swimmers showed off their talents when they competed in Saturday’s rookie lifesaving competition at Droitwich Leisure Centre.
The competition involved lifesaving skills including rope throw, manikin tow, brick relay, surfboard relay and torpedo buoy.
Up against teams from throughout south Worcestershire, Redditch entered two teams in the under 14 age group, with one winning silver medals and the other just missing out on bronze.
In the 11 and under section, Redditch entered three teams who finished second and joint fourth.
