MANY famous Warwickshire CCC players past and present will be in attendance at Redditch Entaco Cricket Club when the Bromsgrove Road club stages a Tim Ambrose benefit match next month.
Bears wicketkeeper Ambrose is in his benefit year and will be joined by numerous Edgbaston favourites when a Warwickshire XI takes on a Kingfishers XI in a T20 match on Friday, August 12.
Current stars Ian Bell, Jonathan Trott, Rikki Clarke, Jeetan Patel and Boyd Rankin are expected to be joined by ex-players including Dougie Brown, Alan Richardson, Dominic Ostler and Mike Powell on what promises to be a brilliant occasion and follows last year’s visit of the Lashings All Stars to Redditch Entaco.
Admission prices are £5 for adults and £2 for OAPs and under 16s. A family ticket can also be purchased for £10.
