THE HART Crown Green Bowling Club’s A team reclaimed top spot in their division with a dominant win against Moseley CC A.
The Redditch club cruised to a 160-85 success to move top of the Heart of England League Division One table.
New captain Cameron Cutler led the way, winning to single figures, a feat matched by Carl Fielding and Tony Moore.
And Pete Davenport moved top of the division averages with a 21-11 win against Bill Kinchin.
Jack Livingstone, James Bracken and Oscar Fielding also secured points for the Redditch club.
In Division Three, Hart B took three points from their match against King George VI at Hockley Heath in a 142-122 defeat.
Phil Hemming (21-16), Mick Perrins (21-10) and Penny Moore (21-11) all won their respective matches for the Hart.
In Division Four of the Warwick and Worcester Premier League, Hart beat Hockley Heath 192-141 to move two points off top spot.
Hart recorded seven winners which included single-figure victories for Dave Mahaffey, Paul Matthews and Davenport.
In Division One of the Northfield and District Sunday League, Hart A lost 152-101 at Colebrook A as Neil Laxton, Matthews and Mahaffey all claimed wins.
And Hart B eased past Wythall B in Division Three as a 160-71 success moved the Redditch club up to second in the table.
Gill Croft, Martin Onions, Malcolm Bird, Neil Harrison, Hemming and Keith Morgan all won to single figures while Dave Kings recorded a 21-10 victory.
In Division One of the South West Birmingham and District Over-60s League, Hart A suffered a fifth straight defeat after losing 119-71 at league leaders Woodbourne A.
Hart recorded a single winner as Steve Lediard triumphed 21-14 while Kirk Wright (15), Jimmy Mahaffey (11) and Mike Estell (12) made double figures.
Hart B returned to the top of the Division Five table with a 123-80 home win against second-placed Woodbourne B.
The Redditch club produced five winning cards courtesy of Manny Kawycz (21-15), Mike Hancock (21-14), Derek Green (21-19), Perrins (21-8) and Croft (21-6).
In the Yardley Wood Superleague, Hart A’s struggles in Division One continued following a 155-137 defeat against Woodbourne A.
The Hart took three points from the fixture courtesy of captain Wright (21-19), Ray Richards (21-15) and Livingstone (21-16).
However, The Hart remain at the bottom of the table, one point behind Wootton Hall A.
In Division Three, Hart B secured a narrow 134-128 win at Bournville Sports B.
Louise Laxton (21-3) and Mark Clarke (21-7) made vital contributions while Neil Laxton (21-13) also triumphed.
In Division One of the Heart of England Over-60s League, Hart A fell just short of victory in a 102-96 defeat against Kings Norton Ex A.
Wins for Lediard (21-10), Wright (21-13) and also Graham Arnott (21-16) proved in vain.
