ALVECHURCH suffered a fourth straight league defeat after losing 2-1 away at Leiston in midweek.
An early goal from Fraser Alexander put the home side in front before Jamar Loza netted seven minutes from time to seal the points as substitute Richard Batchelor netted a consolation for Church in injury time at Victory Road.
The result leaves Alvechurch 18th in the Southern League Premier Central table, just one point above the relegation zone.
Alvechurch are next in action against Chasetown in the FA Trophy on Saturday, November 16 with kick-off at 3pm at Lye Meadow.
