REDDITCH Borough Women saw their FA Cup journey come to an end following a 2-0 defeat against Worcester City Women.
Borough kept Worcester at bay until the 78th minute when City took the lead before the home side added a second goal deep into injury time as Borough chased an equaliser at Sixways Stadium.
City took the lead 12 minutes from time when Olivia Mitcham’s header found the net before Hollie Congrave’s goal in the 102nd minute ended any hopes of a Borough comeback.
