REDDITCH United have confirmed the departure of goalkeeper Adam Harrison who leaves in search of regular first team football.

Harrison joined the Reds in December 2022 and made 85 appearances for the club, recording 32 clean sheets.

The keeper played an important role as Redditch reached the Southern League Premier Central play-offs last season.

Harrison said: “I would just would like to say thank you to all the staff at the club. There’s a lot of good people behind the scenes that didn’t go unnoticed.

“I wish all the players all the best and I hope you do achieve that play-off spot like we did last season. It’s a graft getting there but I have faith you’ll do it again.

“Finally, I’d like to thank the fans. Especially for the ones who sponsored me last year. Your support is massive for the lads so make sure you keep backing them week in week out.

“Lots of good memories to take away and learnt a lot.”

Harrison played eight times in the league for Redditch this season before losing his place in the side to recent arrival Callum Smith.
