ALEX Cameron scored his second goal in as many games as Redditch United played out a 2-2 draw with Royston Town.
Goals from Robbie Bunn and Cameron earned the Reds a point at the Valley Stadium.
The result means Redditch sit 12th in the Southern League Premier Central table.
Mike Fowler’s side made the worst possible start as Kian Harness headed Royston into the lead after just three minutes.
And the visitors won a penalty on 12 minutes after Reece Flanagan tripped Josh Boorn in the box.
However, Reds stopper Tyrese Warmington comfortably saved Harness’s tame penalty diving low to his right.
And United equalised moments later as Joel Shambrook sent a long ball forward which Bunn and Royston keeper Jamie Head contested for.
The ball broke kindly to Bunn on the edge of the penalty area as he lifted a sublime effort over the head of a defender on the line and into the net.
The Reds completed the turnaround on 58 minutes when Bunn played through Cameron who confidently finished past Head when one-on-one.
However, Royston equalised on 66 minutes when Thomas Avgoustidis’s cross from the right deflected off Danny King and past a helpless Warmington in the United net.
Redditch are next in action against Leiston on Saturday, August 23 with kick-off at 3pm at Victory Road.
