REDDITCH United have swooped to sign striker Prince Henry from local rivals Bromsgrove Sporting on a permanent deal.
Henry has scored seven goals in nine appearances for Sporting this season, topping the club’s scoring charts, which includes a strike against his new employers on the opening day of the season.
And with the striker on non-contract terms at Sporting, Redditch made a seven-day approach for the player and offered Henry a deal he could not turn down.
Henry scored in his last game for Sporting as the Rouslers came from behind to beat Barwell in the FA Cup last weekend.
He also featured in goal for Sporting in the previous round, recording a clean sheet against Ashby Ivanhoe after Ollie Taylor’s second-half red card.
Henry will beĀ available to play in Redditch’s league clash with St Ives Town this weekend pending FA ratification.
