REDDITCH United lost ground on their promotion rivals following a 2-0 defeat at unbeaten league leaders Harborough Town in midweek.
Goals either side of half time Liam Dolman and Rob Morgan saw Harborough complete a league double over the Reds at the Community Football Ground.
The result means Redditch sit fourth in the Southern League Premier Central table, nine points behind Harborough who also have a game in-hand on the Reds.
Harborough broke the deadlock on 18 minutes when Dolman headed in from close range after the Reds failed to deal with a corner into the box from the left.
And the home side doubled their lead on 51 minutes as Morgan rounded Tyrese Warmington and finished into an empty net from David Kamara’s through ball.
Redditch host Spalding United on Saturday, November 29 with kick-off at 3pm at the Valley Stadium.
