Hat-trick hero Kalach inspires leaders CBH

ELLIS Kalach scored a hat-trick as Redditch & South Warwickshire Combination leaders CBH Fasteners eased to an 8-2 victory over Redditch United Cross at the Trico Stadium.

Dan Jakeman (2), Dan Jones, Nathan Davies and James Morrall were also on the scoresheet for CBH and Matt Capewell and Tim Lees netted for Cross.

Beoley Village, for whom Brett Tuohy and Sean Meek struck, moved up a place to sixth after a 2-2 draw with VKL United, whose goals were scored by James Manison and Sam Osmond.

There was a thrilling 4-4 draw between SCC Redolence and Studley Lions. Andrew Seager (2), Bradley Taylor and Anthony Bromhead were the scorers for SCC and Laan David (2), Andy Reeves and Richard Tyler were on the mark for Lions.




SSS Lions were 3-0 winners against Cropthorne in the Bromsgrove Charity Cup quarter-final and will now face Fladbury from the Evesham Sunday League in the last four.

Feckenham Sunday are in the other semi and will face Studley Swan from the Bromsgrove league.
