FSK Redditch coach Shihan Dave Treadwell led the latest GB Martial Arts squad training session at Ringside Boxing in the Matchborough Centre.
The session lasted two hours as Shihan Treadwell put all of the athletes through their paces which included stamina and cardio work on top of kata (patterns), kumite (sparring) and bag work.
And members of FSK also took part in the session with four club athletes set to compete at the World Games in July later this year.
National Director Master Chris Hemstock supported Shihan Treadwell in the session and had a watchful eye over all its GB members.
Shihan Treadwell said: “It was fantastic to see the effort from all that took part in the session, there was some great talent on show and it was a pleasure to coach them and also train with them in an intense session.”
