ALCESTER RFC secured a huge 79-0 friendly victory against Bournville Third’s with Dwayne Cruickshank scoring a hat-trick.
The South African crossed for three tries alongside a stunning individual effort by Elliot Evans who ran from inside his own half.
Kyle Derry also dotted down to score his first try for the club as Alcester fielded a mix of players from their first and second teams.
They even had to lend Bournville some players in an attempt to balance the sides, however, the Birmingham based side were still unable to trouble the scoreboard.
And after heading into the break with a 49-0 lead, Alcester added a further 30 points in the second period to complete a resounding victory.
The Kings Coughton club were beaten 23-5 at Burbage in their last Midlands 3 West (South) Division outing which brought an end to their perfect start to the season.
Alcester return to action against Coventry Welsh on Saturday, October 23 in their fourth league match of the campaign.
