REDDITCH RFC hosted their annual awards evening with Aaron Atkinson named as the club’s Player of the Year.
Atkinson scooped the award after enjoying an impressive season in the backs whilst forward Michael Allen won the Players’ Player of the Year award and Mickey Essex won the Young Player of the Year award.
Volunteer Coordinator Emily Broughton-Shotbolt claimed the Andy Carr Above and Beyond award with coach Luke Kerins taking the Rhino award and Clubman of the Year.
And wing Leo Fanthome was named as the club’s most improved player after displaying a fine scoring touch throughout the campaign.
The Kingfishers finished sixth in the Midlands 5 West (South) table this season with 10 wins, one draw and 11 defeats from their 22 matches.
