And Renegades took the maximum 24 points by winning all seven legs in their first group game against Dales.

A narrow leg one victory set Renegades on their way to a comfortable 362-321 victory.

And Renegades then took 20 points from their second fixture in a 361-339 success against Quarter Pounders.

Renegades were behind after leg one but won the next two legs to lead by 12 pins only for Quarter Pounders to win leg four and reduce the deficit to 10 pins.

However, Renegades took the remaining legs to secure victory as Alan Cummings 57 (14 stack), Glyn Morley (57) and Andy Clewlow (53) top scored.
