REDDITCH Tigers Tae Kwon-Do is celebrating the great success of its students at the recent Midland Championships at Kettering, where four of six students won trophies.
Wahid Akhtar won gold in the heavyweight division as a brilliant reverse turning kick secured the title.
There were also third-placed trophies for Josh Graesser, Zain Ahmed and Dan Edginton as all performed very well.
Harry Russell and Alex Slater were unlucky to lose out by the odd point but both did themselves proud.
