REDDITCH United’s scheduled friendly match with Stourport Swifts tonight has been called off.
The Reds confirmed that, due to the extreme heat forecast throughout the day, Tuesday night’s friendly would not go ahead.
Temperatures are forecast to reach 38 degrees Celcius as the country enters a second day of extreme weather.

A club statement read: “We can confirm tonight’s game against Stourport Swifts has been called off due to the heat.
“Please look after yourselves and keep hydrated! We’ll next be in action on Saturday away to Blackpool.”
